Directions
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add beef strips and cook until browned; remove and set aside.

- Return beef to skillet and add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
- Simmer for 10 minutes until sauce reduces slightly.
- Stir in sour cream and heat through without boiling.
