Creamy and savory beef stroganoff with tender strips of beef and mushrooms in a rich sour cream sauce, served over egg noodles.

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add beef strips and cook until browned; remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, cook onion, garlic, and mushrooms until softened.
  4. Return beef to skillet and add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Simmer for 10 minutes until sauce reduces slightly.
  6. Stir in sour cream and heat through without boiling.
  7. Serve over cooked egg noodles and garnish with parsley.
